- Characters and Missions who are and which are exclusive to 7th-generation consoles only (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii) also appeared in this version.
- Characters and Missions who are and which are exclusive to the PSP(Black Widow, Captain Marvel/Genis-Vell, and Ronin) are not featured in this version.
- Some controllers (usually generic controllers that do not match the Steam control pattern) might find an issue where the superpowers button is always pressed.
