  1. Go to the configuration file location.
  2. Open GameUserSettings.ini.
  3. Add FullscreenMode, if not already present, and set it to either 1 or 2.

Notes

0, 1, and 2 correlate to Fullscreen, Borderless, and Windowed.
If the above doesn't work, set PreferredFullscreenMode to the same value you set FullscreenMode.
